Welcome to Empty Table Interiors, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, communications, and products. By accessing our site, submitting a form, booking a service, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Empty Table Interiors specializes in elevated styling and sourcing for hospitality-driven spaces, including:
Short-Term & Mid-Term Rental Styling (STR/MTR)
Boutique hotel and micro-resort styling
Vintage and antique decor sourcing
Hospitality-focused staging and photo-ready preparation
All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Marketing Communications Consent
3.1 Email and Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number and/or email address and submitting any form on our website, you consent to receive recurring marketing messages, service updates, and promotional communications via email and text message (SMS/MMS).
Message frequency may vary.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
3.2 Opting Out
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:

4. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds
Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice.
Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, or checkout process.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure styling dates and begin sourcing.
Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to installation or delivery.
Due to the custom nature of styling and vintage sourcing services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date will incur a 5% late fee per week past due.
Invoices 30+ days past due may be sent to collections, and you may be responsible for additional fees.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled project if booked within 60 days, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of installation will forfeit the deposit and may incur additional charges for materials already purchased or services rendered.
6. Vintage & Antique Item Policy
All vintage and antique items sold by Empty Table Interiors are final sale.
Items are sold as-is, with unique patina, wear, and imperfections.
Variations in color, texture, and condition are to be expected.
Clients are responsible for verifying measurements and compatibility before purchase.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once items have been delivered or installed.
7. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery and shipping costs are billed separately unless explicitly stated in writing.
While we take great care in packaging, ETI is not responsible for damage caused during shipping by third-party carriers.
Clients are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance when available.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project experience, the client agrees to:
Provide accurate property access details and confirm availability for scheduled styling or delivery.
Approve selections and designs promptly to prevent delays.
Ensure that the property is clean and prepared for installation on the agreed date.
Notify ETI in writing of any changes to the project scope or timeline.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, mood boards, and styling concepts remain the intellectual property of Empty Table Interiors, LLC.
ETI reserves the right to photograph and share completed spaces for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website content, logos, and brand assets are protected under copyright and trademark laws and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Privacy Policy
